I give this hotel with an English speaking proprietor (he lived in Vancouver for a while) full marks. Rooms with a window often leak light but my 6th floor room was 100% dark when I wanted it to be. Note, however, that this is a No 25 hotel with respect to what the signage says outside as opposed to whatever your Trip reservation might say.
